What is my size?
The sizing chart can be found on the product page or in the brand section. Most of the adult masks fit adult US men's sizes.
SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
Enjoy free shipping in the United States at no additional cost on every order over $35.00. For smaller orders, the cost of shipping will calculated and shown at the time of check-out.
How long does shipping take?
With free shipping, your order is delivered within five to seven business days after the products are ready for shipment.
What´s the status of my order?
We will send you information about the shipping status by e-mail. Processing takes 1-2 business days and shipping takes 3-5 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
No, you cannot cancel the order on our site. But if you are not satisfied with the order, we're happy to help. Please contact us via support@three-mask.com, indicating the order number and providing a brief description of you issue.
How do I return or exchange an item I purchased online?
We hope you love your purchase, but if you don't, we can process a new order or refund your money. To do so, please contact us at support@three-mask.com, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
Our support team will review the return request and send you further instructions. Returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them, unused, with tags and in their original packaging. If the condition of the returned product is not acceptable, we reserve the right not to return or exchange it.
Remember that you only have 14 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return. After this period, the return of the item will not be accepted. If you decide to return an order for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, you will be responsible for return shipping.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay installments.
How do I enter a promo code for an online purchase?
Promotions via code, you must place them
at check out. There are two types of codes:
• Unique codes: Used for promotions offered to current customers via email. The codes are composed of a combination of numbers and letters (for example, "THANKS23")
• Generic codes: Used for promotions available to new and returning customers, via email, on our website or on social media. Generic codes can be any number of letters or numbers.
